Returns & Exchanges

At Vignettes Home, we stand behind the quality of every piece we sell. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and special orders.

Special & Custom Orders

SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION

Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time the order is written. Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise by manufacturer's scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of the seller.

SPECIAL ORDER AND CUSTOM ORDER SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS

ALL EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO SELLER APPROVAL

Returns & Exchanges

  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving goods with receipt of purchase.
  • NO returns on upholstery or mattresses.
  • Buyer assumes all risks associated with transportation of merchandise picked up.
  • Buyer agrees to measure doorways and stairways before ordering, as seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit.

Delivery Terms

  • Seller will call buyer to set up a day and time for delivery.
  • Orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.
  • Buyer agrees to clear driveways, walkways and exterior stairs for delivery.
  • Delivery staff cannot move, haul or rearrange old furniture.
  • Buyer agrees to secure pets for delivery.
  • Per OSHA guidelines, delivery staff is prohibited from removing shoes/boots at any time.

LATE CANCELLATION FEE: Any delivery cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled delivery will incur a re-delivery fee.

Key Points to Remember

14-Day Return Window

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your goods, with your receipt of purchase.

No Returns on Select Items

Upholstery and mattresses are not eligible for return. Special and custom orders are final — no refunds.

Measure Before Ordering

Please measure your doorways and stairways before purchasing. We cannot accept returns on items that don't fit through your entryways.

Payment Before Delivery

All orders must be paid in full before delivery. Clear pathways and secure pets for our delivery team.

OSHA Safety Compliance

Per OSHA guidelines, our delivery staff is prohibited from removing shoes or boots at any time during delivery.

24-Hour Cancellation Notice

Deliveries cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a re-delivery fee. Please notify us in advance.
