Warranty Information

General Warranty

• The warranty is valid for original purchasers only. Warranties will not extend to the secondary owner excluding the original purchaser's spouse or partner.
• All warranty work should be accompanied by proof of purchase.
• During the warranty period, all warranty parts are covered by the manufacturer free of charge.
• Out-of-warranty parts will be at the expense of the customer, including parts not considered manufacturer defects during the warranty period.

Service Fees After Year One

After the first year (365 days) of purchase, we will charge a service fee at the rate of $65 per hour for analysis or repair. This fee includes drive time and time spent on repair.

Important Conditions

• Any customer modifications to the item will void the warranty and Andy's will not fix or repair it.
• Andy's does not repair or replace any item that has been discontinued by the manufacturer.

Mattress Warranty

Most mattresses are covered by a 5–10 year warranty.

• Andy's will cover transportation costs, equal to the delivery fee, on warranty replacements for the first year.
• After the first year, the customer is responsible for all transportation costs.
